Estimated Delivery Time
- Local Orders (Within Pakistan): 3–5 business days

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team — we will investigate immediately.
- In the rare event your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us with photos; we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
